Our Story
We started our journey in February 2020, pre-pandemic with 4 agents and Rodney J. Bailey as our broker. The goal was to create a space where agents can Thrive and be their unique selves. Where support is given when you really need it and if you win we all win attitude is the motto. In 2021 we're one of the fastest-growing brokerages in Orlando, FL led by our office culture, Brand Opportunities, and the support of our agents and Broker!
What's great is in 2022 we were named "Best Place to Work in Orlando" by the Orlando Sentinel. We believe if you take care of the agents, The agents will take care our your clients.

Our training takes place both at our Corporate Office as well as our downtown location. We enjoy bringing in TOP talent and experts within and outside our field, there is always something to learn.
Our founder Joe La Rosa and #1 best-selling author is continuously holding training conferences to better agents in their career and personal life. With his Thrive Society Facebook page receiving rave reviews it makes it easier to grab the knowledge in the comforts of your living room.
New agents get a full week of training at our monthly Foundations week! Get a head start and your ducks in a row before heading out into the world of real estate.

The beautiful Lake Eola is within walking distance from your new office. With events happening constantly downtown during the week and the weekend, it's beneficial to walk with business cards while you get your steps in for the day :) and don't be scared to attend some events to engage with some of the local businesses. Remember you are not a secret agent.
